Rosehip Elixir
This potent elixir contain three simple ingredients:
- Wild Rosehips (Foraged from the isthmus between Lake Wanaka and Lake Dunstan in Central Otago)
- Medicinal Thyme Honey (Raw, unprocessed thyme flower honey straight from the hive)
- Lemon Juice
- Artesian Water from our local aquifer.
This plant medicine will help support your body when you have a winter cold or flu. Rosehips contain 20 times the Vitamin C of an orange. The honey will help reduce inflammation, is antibacterial and will act as a carrier and “holder” of the medicine contained within it. It will support the swift absorption of the Rosehips medicinal qualities into the body’s circulation.
Directions: 10 mls twice a day for 10 days when required.

200ml Glass Bottle.
Take 5-10 mls up to three times a day. Allow it to trickle down your throat as you ingest it.
This Elixir is fresh plant medicine and it expected life expectancy is around 6 months. If you keep inside the fridge it will keep for much longer.
Always use a clean spoon each time, never drink from the bottle: this is to avoid introducing other bacteria into the bottle.
