Ingredients:
Cacao Calm contains: 100% Organic Cacao Powder*, Withania* (Ashwagandha Root) + Eleuthero root* (Siberian Ginseng). Choice of plain or spiced (cinnamon*, ginger*, cardamom*, cloves*, star anise*)

* all organic ingredients. No fillers or added sugar!

This powder is super easy to use: Add 2 teaspoons to a cup of milk (plant based or normal) + sweetener of your choice. Place into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Pour into your cup and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes, where it will thicken.

Choice of plain or spiced!

I bought this as a coffee and mushroom alternative and have not been disappointed. I LOVE it! I purchased the spiced version and it is perfectly balanced and leaves me feeling calm and nurtured from the inside out. I love the ritual of heating milk and the Cacao Calm on the stove and sitting down to drink it mindfully. I am really grateful to have this product as a coffee alternative this winter.
