Monthly Sacred Spirit Circle <3

Let’s connect and get to know and grow together.

Many can lose themselves in routine and multi-tasking, supporting their partner or children, caring for their homes, juggling a career, paying the bills, etc.

Sacred spirit circles allow a you to rest in a space that encourages you to explore your inner world, which can be greatly healing for mental and physical well-being. To feel held in a gentle, non-judgemental way can be deeply nourishing.

The Intention for the 4 upcoming circles are:

• August: Clarify, Introspection and acknowledgement.
• September: Completion, abundance, fertility and transformation.
• October: Motivation, Commitment, intention and action.
• November: Fulfilment, Release, Reset and restore.
• December: Full moon party <3 This will be the last spirit circle for the year so lets have a bit of a picnic and talk about our year, set our intentions for 2023 and celebrate the connections we have formed and the growth and journey of 22′.
• We will kick back off in January 2023!

In synergy with the phases we will be exploring rituals such as:

– Cacao ceremony
– Crystals
– Manifestation
– Oracle card readings
– Singing bowls
– Group meditation

These are a few things we will be practising and are not limited to in our spirit circle. If you would like to bring an offering to the circle please feel free to.

Bring yourself, wear comfy clothes, bring your journals and a pen feel free to bring a light drink or snack, your cards and crystals etc.
