The nibs provided for this beautiful cacao paste are hand processed by the women of the Solomon Islands in Honaira. This is 20-50 km from the Cacao growing villages. The beans are under 30 days old, which means that they are providing you with optimal freshness and nutrition. The beans are gently roasted, cracked and the husks removed, leaving pure cacao nibs ready for grinding.

Raw Cacao is full of:

• Phenylethylamine
• Minerals such as Magnesium, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Zinc, Copper and Phosphorous.
• Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, E and Pantothenic acid
