Here is simple recipe to follow for this tea also includes marshmallow and licorice root (which helps with the drying effects of the nettle).
Nutri Tea Recipe (3 days)
- 20g Nettle
- 20g Oatstraw
- 20g Raspberry Leaf
- 20g Peppermint
- 10g Marshmallow Root
- 5g Licorice Root
Measure 30g of tea into a large jar and pour 3 cups of boiling water over the top of the tea blend. Place a lid securely on the jar (to avoid the loss of precious volatile oils released by the heat) and shake the jar. Leave the jar for 12 hours and shake occasionally. Strain and squeeze as much of the water out of the plants as this will contain a high level of minerals. Leave in the fridge and drink 3 cups per day.
Nettle
Urtica Dioica.

Oatstraw
Avena sativa.
Oatstraw is high in restorative medicinal constituents which may improve brain function, cognition and mental health.
This plant is best used as a tonic where you will use over a longer period of time (for example in a tea)
High in vitamins: A, B-Complex, C, E, K. Minerals: Iron, calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, Silica, Potassium, Phosphorous and Zinc. Also antioxidants including flavonoids and phenolic acids.
Raspberry Leaf
Rubus idaeus
Raspberry leaf is a truly supportive herb for women especially with fibroids, endometriosis or heavy and painful bleeding. It is particularly useful for during pregnancy to strengthen the uterus and reduce morning sickness.
Moderate levels of: calcium, potassium, iron, manganese, and magnesium, as well as vitamins B, C, and E. There are also a number of ketones and antioxidants in her leaves.
Peppermint
Mentha Piperita.
Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antispasmodic, eases nausea and vomiting, relieves flatulence, aids digestion, clears mucous from airways.
An excellent source of of minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, and magnesium. rich in many antioxidant vitamins, including vitamin A, β- carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin E. The leaves of mint also contain many essential B-complex vitamins like folates, riboflavin, and pyridoxine (vitamin B-6); and the herb is an excellent source of vitamin K.
