I am so grateful for the freedom I have had in our City recently compared to other places in NZ and the world. But, at some point all of us will need to ensure we have our immune systems at peak performance in case of an outbreak in our community.

There is a lot of information out there so where to start? It can be overwhelming and hard to know what to do when your body needs some nurturing and support.

I have had a lot of information messaged to me via links and emails so I have waded through it and come up with a list of things you can do to boost your immunity, things to have on hand should you succumb to a virus, and some additional things that might help you after you have had your vaccine.

Of course this is just some suggestions as you can do your own research to work out what might work best for your body.

Preventative Daily Immunity Boosters:

  5. C60 - In a single sentence C60 "Neutralizes Free Radicals And Lift The Oxidative Stress At The Cellular Level." If you want to know more do some research on this incredible health tonic, I think it is going to be big!
  6. Glutathione - Glutathione acts as an important antioxidant in your body, helping it combat free radicals
  7. Vitamin D Drops (5000ius a day as a preventative OR 20,000ius a day if you become unwell)

As I always suggest do some of your own research, talk to people you know and see what has worked for them. There is NO one right way - but many ways that combined could have a positive impact on improving your immunity. These are just a few common things that have been suggested to me by my medical herbalist and other spiritual healers within my community.
