Mindfulness for Teens – is a 50 minute class full of mindfulness techniques such as meditation, mindful stretching, body scans and breathing.
Learn about:
● How your brain and body are connected and hardwired for survival.
● How to navigate intense emotions and regulate reactivity.
● The true nature of thinking and how to avoid spiralling.
● Different ways that you personally can regulate your nervous system on a regular
basis.
These tools will support you to have the courage and wellbeing to lead the life you really want to.
Tuesdays 6pm – Term 4
$120 for 8 weeks or $20 per class.
